1 banana
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
6 ice cubes


Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately. Great for a snack or a post-workout meal.
