Vegan Scrambled Eggz
Ingredients
1 block of tofu, extra firm1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 raw onion, diced
4 mushroom, sliced
2 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoon granulated onion
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup liquid amminos
1/8 cup basil
1 tablespoon tumeric
Instructions
First saute the green and red peppers, onion, and mushroom on the grill or skillet half way, then crumble the tofu, add to the sauted vegetable.
Mix well and cook til brown. Add seasonings.
Serve warm.
