Vegan Mayonnaise

Vegan Mayonnaise


1/2 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dijon or brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Combine the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds. Adjust seasonings to taste.
