    Instructions

    Soak steel cut oats with 1/2 inch of water for 30 minutes to an hour.
    Add spices to taste and microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
    Top with peanut butter and mango, serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1/8 cup steel-cut oats
    1/8 teaspoon turmeric
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon cloves
    Peanut butter, to taste
    Mango, to taste
