Turmeric Milk

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoon liquid sweetener
½ tablespoon coconut oil
½ tespoon turmeric
½ tespoon cinnamon
¼ tespoon ground ginger
pinch of black pepper


Combine and warm up the almond milk, coconut oil and turmeric, ground ginger, black pepper and cinnamon in a small sauce pot on the stove over medium-low heat until simmer.

Add sweetener and let cool until desired temperature.

Enjoy before bed.
