Stacked Avocado on Toast

    Instructions

    Chop all tomatoes into quarters and dice onion finely.
    Toast the bread slices.
    Put 1/2 of the avocado on each slice of toast.
    Mash into the toast and once smooth and covering, add the salt, pepper and turmeric.
    Add the tomatoes, red onion and cress.
    Finally finish with a good sprinkle of nutritional yeast, serve and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    1 avocado
    2 slices seedy wholemeal bread of choice
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1/4 red onion
    2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    Cress, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    Black pepper, to taste
