    Instructions

    Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
    Cut the red bell peppers and zucchini into dices. Throw them in the pan.
    Mash the tofu with a fork. Add this scramble to the vegetables in the pan after a few minutes.
    Add the spices and the tomato paste.
    While this is getting warm, cut the tomato and avocado into cubes.
    When the vegetables in the pan are a bit soft and well-baked and everything is warm, garnish with tomato and avocado.
    Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    300 gam tofu
    1 small tin tomato paste
    Zucchini, to taste
    Red pepper, to taste
    1 tomato
    1/2 avocado
    3 teaspoon turmeric
    3 teaspoon paprika
    2 teaspoon cumin powder
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    Salt and pepper, to taste
