Ring Lemon Cake

150 g flour150 g corn starch
70 g margarine
200 g sugar
grated peel of a lemon
juice of 3 lemons
one sachet baking powder
oil
Instructions
Melt margarine and mix it with sugar and stir in lemon juice and grated peel. Add flour, corn starch, and baking powder.
Put mixture into a ring oiled mold and bake in a 180° oven for about 45 minutes.
