Raw Vegan Sushi

Ingredients

nori sheet
fresh mango
avocado
beetroot
carrot
bell peppers
turnips

Instructions

Wash and dry veggies.

Grate beetroot, carrots, turnips, bell peppers.

Slice mango.

Mash avocado.

Cut nori sheet into 2-inch strips.

Lay out nori strip, and place ingredients over. Roll and seal by dabbing the end of nori with water.
