Raw Marinara
Ingredients
3 cup tomatoes chopped1 cup sun dried tomatoes, soaked and drained
3 large garlic cloves, diced
1/2 handful parsley
1/2 handful basil
4 dates pitted, soaked
1/2 red onion
2 teaspoon olive oil
sea salt to taste
Optional: 1 red bell pepper and 1/3 cup olives
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until smooth or your blended to your preference.
Pour over your favorite veggie pasta (zucchini, squash, cucumber) all RAW of course
