Quinoa Wrap/Pancake

Quinoa Wrap/Pancake


130 g quinoa
200 ml water
Chilli flakes, salt, pepper
coconut oil


Grind quinoa with mixer into flour, then add water and spices.

Grease pan with coconut oil, and pour mixture in to cook.

Flip over the wrap/pancake, and cook the other side.

Serve with salsa or condiment of choice.
