Quinoa Burger

Ingredients

1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup red beans (or bean of your choice)
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180° C or 356° F

Mix the quinoa and the beans, mash them together until you get a paste.

Add the rest of the ingredients, and form the patties.

Bake patties in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish w/ your favorite toppings and veggies on a bun. Enjoy.
