Quick Veggie Pizza

1 slice rye bread or round pita bread
1 handful of vegan cheese, shredded
Your choice of pizza toppings (chopped onion, bell pepper, mushroom, etc.)


Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 300F degrees. Cook pizza for 5-10 minutes (just enough to melt the cheese).
