Quick Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
1 slice rye bread or round pita bread1 handful of vegan cheese, shredded
Your choice of pizza toppings (chopped onion, bell pepper, mushroom, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 300F degrees. Cook pizza for 5-10 minutes (just enough to melt the cheese).
