1 tablespoon (20ml) rice bran oil
pinch of parsley, paprika, basil, allspice
Spread the cubes evenly across a baking sheet.
Mix the oil and spices, then pour over the cubes. With your hands or small tongs, toss the potato cubes until all are evenly coated.
Bake at 180C/350F for 30 minutes or until a golden brown crust has formed around the edges of the potato cubes.
