    Instructions

    1. For the batter, mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl except for the oil and oyster mushrooms.
    2. Dip the mushrooms in the batter.
    3. Deep fry the mushrooms with grapeseed oil.
    4. Serve with homemade ketchup.

    Ingredients

    Grapeseed oil
    Oyster mushrooms
    2 cups garbanzo flour
    1/2 tbsp seasalt
    1/2 tbsp cayenne powder
    1/2 tbsp white pepper
    1/2 tbsp ginger powder
    1/2 tbsp onion powder
    1/2 tbsp dried corriander
    1 cup water
