    Instructions

    Blend or immersion blender the blend ingredients.
    Simmer with the non-blend ingredients until fully cooked.
    Serve hot or cold.

    Ingredients

    Blend ingredients:
    1 yellow, ball-shaped squash, skinned and chopped
    1 medium oblong zucchini, skinned and chopped
    1 1/2 cup water
    1 can coconut milk
    1 large shallot, chopped

    Non-blend ingredients:
    4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 1/2 cup frozen peas, corn, carrot mix
    1 large stalk thick celery, washed and chopped
    1 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
    1 tablespoon of turmeric
    2 tablespoon paprika
    2 tablespoon cumin
    1 big squirt Sriracha sauce
    2-3 cup finely chopped mushroom
    2 veggie sausages, try Field Roast brand or Tofurkey, chopped into pieces
    3 tablespoon salt
    2 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
    1 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
    2 tablespoon hot sauce
    1 handful chopped mint or cilantro
    2 tablespoon ground cardamom
    3 tablespoon maple syrup
    3-4 tablespoon vegan butter, such as Earth Balance brand
    3 tablespoon olive oil', 'Blend or immersion blender the blend ingredients.
    Simmer with the non-blend ingredients until fully cooked.
    Serve hot or cold.
