Ingredients

4 medium potatoes cut into small pieces
1/2 medium onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely choppped
2 tablespoon canola or frying oil

Instructions

Heat oil on a skillet. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and saute for 10 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 15 minutes.

Serve with salt, pepper, ketchup, or conditment of your choice.
