    Instructions

    Place chickpeas in a food processor and blend until pureed. Add the garlic salt, liquid aminos, pinch of cayenne pepper and spirulina and continue processing until the mixture is even.
    Serve on a plate and eat with whole-grain pita or chopped carrots.

    1 cup chickpeas
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon Liquid Aminos
    1 dash cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon spirulina
