6 ripe avocados
2 small red/purple onion
12 cherry tomatoes
2 bunches fresh cilantro
Juice of 3 to 4 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
optional Sriracha or another chili sauce to taste


In a large food processor, add avocado and diced onion, blend until somewhat smooth.

Cut tomatoes in halves, add to blender, pulse until well mixed.

Add cilantro and blend, then add lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and a bit of spicy sauce of your choice.

Serve immediately.
