Grittle French Toast

Egg-replacer equalvaent of 2 eggs
1/2 cup of rice, soy, or almond milk
8 pieces of toast, best if more than a day old
ground cinnamon


In a large dinner bowl, mix egg replacer with milk. Add sprinkle cinnamon on top but do not mix in.

One at a time, dunk the pieces of toast into the mixture and make sure the mixture covers both sides of the toast. After you have dunked 2 pieces, sprinkle some more cinnamon in the mixture.

Then place on a grittle. After 2 minutes, flip the toast with a spatula, amd let the second side cook 2 minutes.

Serve warm with fresh berries.
