Green Smoothie 2
Ingredients
16 ounce drinking water1 apple or pear
2 bananas
4 dates, pitted
1 handful of leafy greens such as spinach, parsley, celery, or kale
Instructions
Wash and cut fresh produce.
Place all ingredients in a blend, and blend until smooth.
Add ice (optional).
