Granola with Maple Almond Cranberry


2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dried cranberries


Preheat the oven to 300F degrees.

In a separate bow, mix the oats, almonds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Place a Silpat or any other silicon baking sheet on top of a baking tray and spread mixture evenly on top.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven. Mix, then bake for another 15 minutes or so.

In the last 5 minutes of baking, mix in dried cranberries.

Let cool, then store in an airtight container.
