4 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoon maple syrup
1/3 cup pistachio nuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cu raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardomom
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
dash of salt


Preheat oven to 300F.

Prepare a large, baking pan with sides (like a jelly roll pan) with parchment paper.

Mix oats and maple syrup in a bowl.

Spread the oat mix evenly in the pan.

Bake in the oven until golden brown (approximately 30 minutes) stirring every 10 minutes.

Cool, then add in the remaining ingredients.

Store in air tight container.
