Gluten-free Pancakes

Ingredients

1 banana
250 gram white rice (soak overnight),
40 gram walnut (soak overnight),
200 ml water
pinch salt

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into the mixer, and mix thoroughly.

Warm the frying pan and cook per usual, flipping the cakes over once lightly browned.
