1 handful of strawberries
1 medium apple
Alpen cereal or museli of choice
Wash the strawberries and dab off with a piece of kitchen roll. Remove the leafy part at the top and cut the strawberries into halves. Scatter these on top of the apple.
Chop the melon into two wedges, leaving the skin on. Lie the wedge horizontally and cut about 4 vertical lines into it. If you run the knife through the melon felsh horizontally this should produce perfect cubes of melon. Measure approximately 80 grams of the melon flesh. Add this to the bowl.
Measure 10 grams of Alpen, or a museli of your choice. Mix it in with the fruit and enjoy this refreshing and crunchy breakfast dish.
