1 cup (237g) corn flour
2 tablespoon (30g) olive oil
1 tablespoon (15g) nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon (5g) salt
1 teaspoon (2.5 - 5g) onion powder
1 teaspoon (2.5 - 5g) garlic powder
1 1/2 cup (237- 354 ml) water
Grind flaxseed into flour.
Mix together all dry ingredients. Add oil and water and mix well.
Spread on baking tray.
Cook in oven for 25 minutes, and then turn over and cook another 20 minutes at 160 °C (320°F).
