Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients

Graham cracker
Melted vegan butter
2 dates, dried
1/4 cup coconut cream
Dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Place the first three ingredients in a food processor. Once blended, press into a crust shape.

Process the remaining ingredients until light and whipped. Scoop on top of the crust. Garnish with toasted coconut and cinnamon.
