    Instructions

    Put chickpeas in large mixing bowl and mash using potato masher or fork.
    Mix all the other ingredients in bowl.
    Add vegan mayo and mix until it is well distributed.
    Serve in a wrap, with toast, in a sandwich, with chips, as a dip or by itself.

    Ingredients

    2 cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed, then mashed
    1 onion, diced
    1 tomato, diced
    2 or 3 sandwich stackers pickle slices, diced
    2 celery stalks, in small sections
    2 carrots, julienned
    1/2 cup (or more to taste) vegan mayo
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup walnuts, crushed
    1-2 (or more to taste) tablespoon Braggs Kelp Seasoning
    Salt and pepper, to taste
