    Instructions

    Soak cashews in cold water for at least 4 hours.
    Drain and place cashews into a food processor.
    Add a bit of water plus the garlic, salt, parsley, thyme, green onion, lemon, and olive oil in the quantity you'd like.
    Processo until desired creamy consistency, adding more water and ingredients to taste as necessary.

    Ingredients

    150 gram raw cashews
    green onion
    fresh mint, parsley, thyme
    himalayan salt
    1 garlic glove
    1/2 lemon
    water
    olive oil
