    Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl and add boiled potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix together well.
    Next add peanuts, namkeen sev and padded rice. Mix together well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

    Ingredients

    2 cup puffed rice (Murmure)
    1/4 cup boiled potatoes, cut in approx. 1 cm cubes
    1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (to taste)
    1/2 tablespoon chaat masala
    Salt, to taste
    1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
    2 tablespoon lemon juice
    Namkeen sev, optional
