Ingredients1 banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoon almond nut butter
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, and then a couple seconds more. Enjoy!
