Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas2 cooked beetroots
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 lemon, juice
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the beetroot and garlic into small pieces.
Place all ingedients in a bowl and use a stick blender to combine to desired thickness, chunky or smooth.
