Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I loved Scotland and Iceland the most, I think those countries are so special and unique to enjoy nature and wilderness
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Oatmeal almost everyday for breakfast, wholegrain burrito, beans and grains stews, raw vegan cakes and hemp burger
