I've been vegetarian for about 5 years before changing to a vegan diet last year. I'm a non-local student from one of the Hong Kong universities and I've been trying to learn more about vegan options in this city. I'm trying to cook more vegan foods and make meal preps/bento boxes to take more control in my eating habits and cut down on eating out during the pandemic. However, I'm always interested in the new places/restaurants once they are open. I want to connect with other vegetarians/vegans to learn about how they are embracing/handling the current changes.
