More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

i never really did like meat when i was a child. as soon as i was old enough and allowed to choose... i did! :) it wasn't just the flavour and texture, i believe in respect for all living creatures :)). xox

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

living in macau it was very hard to find vegan food and even vegetarian food when dining out. i was very restricted. one day whilst in china mainland i had the brainstorm to search on the internet!. why i never did it earlier i do not know!!. but..anyway...i found happycow and it was the *only* site that offered any sort of information on vegetarian/vegan eating in my part of china. how could i resist! i wanted to join and help spread the news there is help globally for veggies no matter where you are! =)

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

anything japanese that is vegan!...yum!, and spinach, avocado, brocolli, satay, lychees, gado gado, banana's, babaganoush, kalamata olives, pumpkin, pumpkin masala, cherry roma tomatoes, dates. .
