Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
1) Being vegan exposes me to a variety of vegetables, fruits, and legumes that I would otherwise have not had the opportunity and reason to try. 2) Being vegan encourages me to avoid processed and junk foods. 3) Being vegan allows me to live an ethical lifestyle.
