Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I chose to eat vegetarian/vegan in order to improve my overall health, have more energy (to keep up with my 4-year old daughter), feel better, alleviate some of my RA symptoms and become more environmentally-conscious/friendly.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Being a vegetarian newbie, I knew that I would need a lot of advice and support; thus I decided to join a forum. I looked at several vegetarian communities/forums before finding and joining HappyCow (which I liked best). :)
