More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Of coure it saves animals from a very cruel lifestyle and life ending, but for me it is mostly a matter of environment and health. The amount of water, grain and energy required to obtain 1 kg of meat is outrageous, and the health hazards related to eating meat don't require to be proven anymore.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I was referred by a vegan friend of mine just before starting a North American road trip, and it has been stunningly useful :)
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Been to France, UK, Germany, Spain, Corsica, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Belarus, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Canada, USA, Mexico. Looking forward to visit a whole big part of Asia one day :)
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Chick peas, in any way, shape or form. Vegan Chilis, roasted vegetables, etc.
