Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am against cruelty to all animals and the slaughter of them for human consumption, the use of chemicals in animals to fatten them, the transmission of these toxins to the human body. For longevity and health reasons, I choose to go Vegan and keep all animal by products and its meat out of my body going forward and allow them to live FREE and safe lives and be friends of mankind.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I\'ve travelled the USA extensively. Been to Hawaii and England. I would love to visit Japan, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Spain.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Quinoa,Kale, Collards, broccoli, turnip, onions, beets, yams, peppers, potatoes, fennel.
