More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I love animals, the environment, and my health. There is no good reason for us to kill and eat animal, just excuses.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I have used Happy Cow for years to find veg restaurants, thought it was time to officially join the community and connect with others. Hope to find some vegans who share my passion for both traveling and vegan food!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Ah I love where I was living, Berkeley CA and I think this will always be home. Also love Portland OR, Brighton England, Chiang Mai Thailand, Singapore, Sydney/Melbourne Australia...those are some of my favorites. Will be in New Zealand in a month. Hope to visit Austin TX and Berlin Germany in the next year too!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
vegan mac and cheese. Fresh juice.
