More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I became vegetarian in the late 90s after reading Diet for a New America. I could not justify eating animals after that point. So-called farm animals are no different from the cats and dogs we treat as family members. Also, vegan food excites me! :)
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To collaborate with other vegans in expanding this amazing resource.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Places I've liked: New York, San Francisco, Portland. Would like to visit: Chicago.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Vegan queso in its many forms, avocado toast, pizza, salads, and of course the vegan desserts!
