There were a few more places in Lexington, Kentucky that needed to be added; I wanted to give some fresh reviews for places already listed.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
My first time out west was a visit to San Francisco, and it was incredible. I'd like to visit Portland in the near future.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Potatoes, tofu, eggplant, peanut butter, and oats.
