Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
In January 2014 I finally realised that it was animal products (and gluten) making my IBS very bad. Since going vegan for those reasons, I've become aware of ethical and environmental issues regarding consumption of animal products. I'm not even happier that I'm vegan!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
This is a good place to look for cafés and restaurants I can actually eat at! And I hope to add places on here I find suitable so others can visit too.
