- I love eating out and I appreciate good eating establishments. I'm a bit like Gordon Ramsey's Nightmares though...there are people in the food industry that should NOT be running cafes, take aways, bistros and restaurants. Cooking is about common sense, simple menus, quality ingredients, quality service and hygeine. If one of these elements are missing, it shows - badly. Get it right and the establishment will thrive with repeat customers.
