Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I do not harm animals and I do not eat at a table or in a room where dead animals are being eaten.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love to eat and would like to know of some more vegan restaurants in my area as well as areas I travel to.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Vegan stuffed squash blossoms, vegan sliders, tropical BBQ with Cilantro Rice and Sweet and Sour Sauce, Seitan Scallopini, Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip, Veggie Tempura, Tofu, Broccholi, Peanut over noodles with peanut sauce, tomato bread soup, cauliflower soup with basil pesto, Carolina BBQ seitan sandwich with coleslaw, Late Summer Ministrone Soup, 3 sisters stew with pumpkin seed pesto, hummus pommodoro with fresh basil and sun gold tomatoes, vegan pizza
