More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Veganism is a way of life - not just a diet. It is simply the most compassionate way of life you can lead. No sentient being has to die in order for me to exist. Veganism is great for the individual, the earth and the animals. It's a win, win, win situation. Why isn't everyone doing it?
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I wanted to have a central location where I can find vegan friendly places for any city.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Clearwater and Siesta Key beaches are exceptional. Sedona is a nice place with the red rocks. Grand Canyon is an awesome work of nature. Would love to visit the redwoods in CA and other national parks like Jellystone. Maybe I'll see Yogi Bear...
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Vegan Curry Stew from Trang Viet Cuisine is my favorite. Their Vegan Fish in Tomato sauce is also great. Vegan Cappucino is excellent at New Leaf Elementals Gift and Coffee Shop.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Vegan Health & Fitness Magazine and PCRM Magazines are what I recommend.
