More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I've been vegan since 2013, best decision I've ever made! And it wasn't a hard one after discovering the truth of what happens to dairy cows and egg-laying hens - I'd been vegetarian two years but never really made the connection until that point. Now I love the lifestyle, the people I've met, the amazing food I've had and the knowledge that this one choice I make is having such a great impact.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I've been using the site for so many years that I felt it was finally time to get myself involved!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
So many. I really like travel in Europe, I came to France and stayed because it was so beautiful here!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Burritos, curry (Indian and Thai), falafel/hummus, smoothies...
