More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I love animals, and I believe it is unnecessary and unethical to kill them for food or fashion. I also love the environment, and my health––things a vegan diet is friendly to.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I enjoy learning about new restaurants when traveling.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Recent best: Shojin ryori at a temple in Kyoto, and Cafe Gratitude in Venice My list of places I want to go to is long :)
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
sweet potatoes, baby kale, avocado, tahini, lentils, tempeh, and tortilla chips
