I used to run the first vegetarian restaurant in Terceira called " Shiila's Place" till it caught fire in the beginning of the year 2008. in January, I started another 'Shiila's Place' , this time , in Lisbon aiming to promote vegetarianism and healthy lifestyle. In 2012, I started pioneering another vegetarian restaurant in Covilha called Ananda Cafe with the same concept which lasted 8 years. In 2019, a second Ananda Cafe a vegan restaurant continues to function in Fundao, 14 kms from Covilha with same aim of promoting health and well-being.
