More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I am vegan for ethical reasons. I believe there is absolutely no excuse for bringing suffering to other creatures for a nutritional needs of human beings. I also believe that veganism may save the world from malnutrition and global warming.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I try to eat as raw as possible with the active lifestyle. Every morning I start with a green smoothie and avocado. I love raw chocolate and raw cakes, I make them on every occasion.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

I loved Galina Shatalova books, I know they were translated to German, but not sure about English. "Going Raw" by Judita Wignall I find very helpful if you start with the raw diet. T. Colin Campbells "The China Study" is great, my father after that one not only stopped asking me if I'm crazy, but also reduced his meat meals massively, my mom became vegetarian.
